I want to share my experience with the Protein For Life program with everyone!
For the past eight years I have struggled with losing and regaining the same 20-25 lbs. over and over again. I even went back to two other programs that had previously worked for me, with little or no results. This past summer I was diagnosed with a pre-diabetic condition and put on medication to help balance my insulin production. I was not a happy camper to say the least. I knew I had to do something to make a permanent change and I prayed I would find the right path for me. That's when I reconnected with Nancy Hopper of Protein For Life and she looked better than I had ever seen her look and so we talked. I lost 7 pounds the first week! Never has that happened to me. As of today I am 20 pounds less and 15" smaller than I was nine weeks ago! My cholesterol is down 51 points!!! I still have 5 pounds to go and I know with the continued support of Protein For Life I'll get there. This is the first January in a very long time that I am not resolving to lose weight, just maintain. Thanks for everything, -

I dropped 15 pounds in the 1st 4 weeks following the program to the 't'---program breakfast, lunchand snack,with dinner on my own. The 5th week Igained a pound. I was still following the program but was eating more protein and fat than called for, eating out a lot, and forgot to tell the chef not to cook in butter. It aggravated me because I was not eating all that much more. But without exercising, it was like mybody went into starvation mode and my metabolism dropped, therefore no weight loss. Weeks 6 through 8 saw massive diet disruption, but still I've lost 5 pounds over the last 3 weeks.Iwasaveraging one of the programs meals a day. My total loss in 8 weeks is 19 pounds. I'm now6 pounds above my goal weight of 145 and starting Phase 2, which is dropping back to a program breakfastand snack, and lunch and dinner on my own.
The most surprising things arethat I lost the carb cravings when I followed the diet and my energy level remains high. I'm not on the sugar roller coaster anymore.My blood sugar level is on a much more even keel, even when I have occasionally eaten white carbs (but they still makemy allergies go bezerkos).

Hello, I would like to share my experience with Protein For Life weight loss program. I am 45 and a single mother of a five year old. After giving birth I could not get the weight off. I tried several diets and exercise programs with little or no results. It made me feel depressed and frustrated. I do not have time to look up and count everything I eat. I needed something quick, easy and with a schedule of support that worked around me. I found Protein For Life to be my answer. In the first week I lost 4.5 pounds and I was hooked. I started the program before Thanksgiving and was able to shed 18 pounds over the Christmas Holidays’ and New Years. For Valentines I felt awesome and yes I did indulge in a little chocolate too! My friends at work call me skinny; I haven’t heard that in years.
I have more energy and I am happier as a person now. I find I can work all day and still want to play with my child when I get home. I still have about 10 more pounds to go but with the support of Protein For Life and Nancy Hopper I know I can do it!!!!!
